{Party Inspiration} Murder Mystery

A good friend and I were discussing our busy schedules and decided that we needed to start having monthly get-togethers. We threw out some ideas-when she said, "murder mystery". Right away we knew this was the winner! So this is our inspiration and we're having the party in June. I'll post the pictures soon after....if I'm not murdered.....

We at Pretty Litte Planners love all things pretty and vintage!  I think Audrey Hepburn is amazing and have always been a fan of her movies.  She was beautiful, classy, and had a great sense of humor!  What better way to show our love for her and one of my favorite movies - Breakfast at Tiffany's - than a feature on Prairie Sage Events Tiffany Blue Sofa!

Garage Sales

Saturday mornings are quickly becoming one of my favorite times of the week.  I wake up my son, go get donuts, and drive around our small town looking for....GARAGE SALES!  Not only am I finding AMAZING glassware and vintage items, but also getting cherished, quality time with my son.  We go out almost every Saturday looking for perfect rental pieces (and toys of course!).  He's even gotten where he can tell if its a good sale.  He'll say, "Nope, Mama - just clothes here. Keep driving."  I love him so much!  That being said - garage sales are my favorite place to find unique and vintage pieces for our rentals.  These are what I found this last weekend along with books (got a new Home and Garden Bridal Edition cookbook for $2!!), a talking Mark Cuban doll ($2) still in box and in working condition (my sweet husband is a DIE HARD Mavericks fan), and some toys for my sweet baby.   Here are my great finds:
